A connection is one Google Ads API identity: a Google login (OAuth), a developer token, and the MCC it manages. Everything you build belongs to a connection.

Asana

for audit task dispatching

Weekly audit tasks are created here — one task per account per week, subtasks per audit item, assigned to the account's manager (when the profile's manager is an email). Checking off a subtask in Asana records a Pass in Operator; Action Needed and N/A are recorded in Operator. Get a token at app.asana.com → Settings → Apps → Developer apps → Personal access tokens.

Logins

Identity is managed in Swytchboard → Team: members added there sign in once and get access to Operator (and Long Distance) automatically.
